EEND 675 Reflection

       Throughout the entire 8 week process, I have learned an immense amount of information that I feel will stick with me throughout my career. Whether that information was the 4 C's, reviewing resources online, finding information online that is relevant for your current classroom discussion, or even connecting with your classroom via PLN. All of these topics discussed in our class will be valuable for our professional careers. It is no secret that technology is becoming a stronger and stronger presence in our classrooms. We must continue to educate ourselves on the techniques and procedures to utilize this technology to our advantage. 


       I plan on continuously educating myself to stay up-to-date. No one ever wants to be the teacher that looks at a computer and is confused. Because of this, I will continuously research the newest practices and techniques that will help my students be successful. Going to workshops in my school will help me, doing my own research will help, as well as having open lines of communications with my peers and colleagues will be beneficial as well. 

      I enjoyed the discussions I had with my peers and the knowledge and experience I have gained from them. Discussing their opinions, classroom management skills, their methods of PLNs they use, and other technological strategies they use in their classroom allowed me to assess myself and rethink what I could be doing better in my classroom.
